- After the selection of the package, we will provide you with an egagement letter outlining the process and responsiblities
- We require automatic monthly billing to your credit or debit card for your selected monthly services.
- We do not require an annual contract; however, if you choose an annual contract option, we will reduce your setup fee by $50. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, you can cancel your annual contract within the first three months of the contract.
- We will provide you with a checklist of items needed for the intial setup.
- After the initial setup is completed, you can choose to fax, email or mail your checks, receipts, invoices and other items to us. A toll free fax number is available for customers outside our local area.
- Bookkeeping packages with online accessibility by clients are available at additional costs, please, contact us for details.
- We will process your items and will keep you updated with status and report updates on a regular basis, while you spend your time running your business!
